Accounts For 2024-25

The Club accounts year, ending 31st March 2025, have been audited, signed off and reported to the Local Council as required by the Gambling Act. The results are:
Total income: £4,077
Prizes awarded: £1,615 (40%)
Expenses: £20
Parish Contribution: £2,442
Thank you to everybody who supported the Club last year a a record year with the highest level of income, prizes and contribution to the parish since the Club was started in 1984. As in the previous years past. As always, we need new subscribers to help boost the numbers which are likely to fall due to some of our supporters moving away from the parish duing the pasty year and others sadly no longer with us. If you are not a member, please do consider joining. If you are already a member, please consider increasing your membership. We always have room for more members, and as people join our parish anew, we would love to welcome them as Club members. 150 Club Hall of Fame

All the information regarding the parish 150 Club was transferred to a computer system in 1994, and records prior to that time are no longer available. Analysis of the computerised data to 31st March 2026 provides some interesting statistics and information, some of which is shown below:

  • Total income generated by the 150 Club is £107,593.50
  • Total value of prizes awarded is £44,599
  • The highest number of prizes won by any single subscriber is 67.
  • The highest total value of prizes won by any single subscriber is £1,125.
  • The number of different subscribers who have won prizes is 253.
  • The largest number of subscriptions held by any one individual is 17.
  • There are 20 subscribers who hold a single number.
  • The highest number of prizes won by a subscriber holding a single number is 12.
  • The highest total value of prizes won by a subscriber with a single number is £240.
  • Total money contributed to Parish funds is £62,147

Thank you to everybody who supported the 150 Club last year. With your support, the membership was increased to a record level, which resulted in turn in a record level of prizes awarded and record contribution to the parish. It is especially gratifying that, despite the current prevailing economic pressures, support for the 150 Club has been maintained and membership increased. Thank you to everybody who supported the 150 Club last year. As we recovered from the various Covid restrictions, the Club has come through well, with subscriptions increased over the pervious year. Application Form

The rules of the St Mary Magdalen 150 Club, giving full details of the prizes available, methods of payment and the rules governing the Club's operation can be found here.
Personal data captured from the application will be stored securely in a computer system and used by the Club officials solely for the purpose of administering the Club.
Bank account details will be used used solely to make payment of any prizes won direct to the member’s bank account by faster payment.

Change to the Club Rules

The management committee of the 150 Club has decided to make a change to the schedule of prizes awarded in the monthly prize draw. The change increases the value of the prizes awarded each month, and also the bonus prizes in the June, September, December and March draws.

The Club rules which are stated on the membership application form, have been amended accordingly - the revised rules can be read here.

With effect from the June 2022 draw, the monthly prizes will be increased to £25, £20, £15 and £10. The bonus prizes will be increased as follows: June £25, September £50 & £25, December £75, £50 & £25, March £100, £75, £50 & £25.
